I recently had a ring repaired for my granddaughter. The repair was reasonably priced. I exchanged the bill for an old pair of gold earrings. With a small balance remaining. The jeweler said, let’s call it even. Awesome! Have had many repairs done at this place. They have always done a great job. Definitely would recommend their services!

What can I say about the people at The Golden Touch Goldsmiths... First thing that you will notice is the warmth and friendly atmosphere as soon as you enter their store. But let's get to the point, when you want to find the perfect ring for you partner; there is no better place than here. I have to say the amount of expertise that you get is incredible... Eric made my decision on the perfect ring go so smoothly, any question or concern I had( I had plenty lol ) he always had an answer and if not he got back to me the same day. Those little details of making me feel like a priority to them is one of the many reasons why I will go back to them again for any of my jewelry needs. They were always on top of every concern even when there was a delay at the border they kept me informed at every step. I truly appreciated that. Now as far as the my engagement ring went Harry went above and beyond for me. Not only was he able to get my ring into the setting I chose in the eleventh hour because I decided to push my proposal two weeks sooner. He managed to do it within my strict timeline and created something extraordinarily beautiful, you will not want to go to anywhere else to have your custom jewelry done. Harry is meticulous and a master at his craft. Without all of their effort and hard work at The Golden Touch Goldsmiths I wouldn't have been able to propose to the love of my life. I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!

I found The Golden Touch Parkland Mall Red Deer, listed online, read many positive reviews and decided to take a chance. I brought in a copper, silver and bronze twist bracelet that is the exact match to my late husband's. I have worn this bracelet every day for at least the last 15 years and it was in sad shape (having been repaired twice with lead solder by a less than reputable shop), very well worn and suffering a break in the twist along one side. Although injured, this piece has immense sentimental value and I was on a mission to find a Craftsman. After the previous experiences, I was very hesitant and somewhat of a skeptic, that it could ever be made wearable, let alone gorgeous again. I can never express my gratitude and amazement at the transformation that was achieved. The bracelet was so thin, it was close to breaking apart altogether. It is now completely restored, complete with original lustre and I will be able to wear this beautiful memento with pride constantly until the day I die. The workmanship is amazing, the quality outstanding and the service personal, attentive and respectful. Given the work involved, the amount of material required and the astounding result, the price was more than fair. Although I didn't mention it at the time of the initial appointment, I am an experienced silversmith and have designed and crafted items of my own previously. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail in every way exceeded my expectations in every way. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend The Golden Touch to anyone seeking a gifted, caring, reliable and personal experience. I rate The Golden Touch at the highest level possible because it is absolutely earned. I plan to bring in my Grandmother's wedding band, confident in the workmanship and talent that will restore another sentimental piece. 10/5 rating, easily the best artisan I have ever had the privilege to work with EVER.

Harry is just the best! We had my wedding set redone into a new set by Harry. He was able to easily see the details of what I was looking for in a new wedding ring set. He made up a model for me to come see and when I got the new set it was just PERFECT! Exactly what I hoped it to be. I did have some sizing issues because I have a bigger knuckle then where my ring sits. They were so patient and kind to me. Once we realized this may be an ongoing issue they provided me with a care package option to save on costs. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship and excellent people!

Brought in an anklet to get repaired. The friendly staff helped me and provided a quote right away which was cheaper than anywhere else that I went to, plus they do the repairs on site which is my preference. They repaired it in 2 days which is amazing since everywhere else sends them out to get repaired. When I went to pick it up the staff served me right away a d was very friendly and polite. I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend The Golden Touch
