Our technician Charlie did a great job fixing a toilet that was installed poorly during a reno. He fixed our drain and repaired our floor all for a reasonable price. Also cleaned everything up nicely when he was done.
Would not give me a price based on a unit. Insisted on sending out a technician which costs 69.95! I have pictures I have measurements this is the time of Covid19. I don't want a house call for a quote and then I may not even use your service if your quote is high? I don't want an upfront cost. Every other big boy can provide a base cost barring any changes to HVAC or plumbing why can't you? Pushy and working off of a script.
I ultimately did not use this company but they did call me as a follow up and refunded my dispatch fee. Since I did not use them they were concerned that I was not happy with their service. Not the case at all. Sean, the plumber who came to my house was very polite and explained everything clearly. I just decided not to go this way. This company does stand behind their motto. Kudos.
Absolutely fantastic service; the people there know their product, provide efficient and well-done services, and do excellent cleanup.
