Paid extra for shipping via UPS but they shipped regular mail. They screwed up the shipping documents so although the mailman had the package he could only give me a pickup ticket to take to the post office and obtain my package. They certainly do not care much about how they ship items after they are paid up front. Their shipping department obviously just does their own thing regardless of what your instructions are. This is a review of the company, will wait and see the quality of product when I drive to the post office and pickup my 'paid extra for fast delivery to door' package. UPDATE: As expected, the post office messed up the delivery but, the good news is I did receive the package after having to drive to the post office to retrieve my package. The product is as described and is great (as expected). Customer service was easy to communicate with. This company has a great variety of products and don't let the shipping issues keep you from purchasing their product.
Great shop with great products! I bought leather glove with fur inside : love them. The guy working there gave me a perfect service! Ill go back.
They are very dishonest. I have dealt with them on two occasions where they did not process or ship items when they claimed they would. Double check your items and charges as they try to sneak in additional processing charges, or they will process an item under rushed shipping, ship via the slowest & cheapest means, then pocket the rest. I actually had a phone conversation for an item that was lost at Customs wherein they admitted to doing this and did not even apologize. Their customer service is pretty brazen, combative and rude. Deal with the department stores for these products. The Mom and Pop hassles just aren’t worth it.
