I recently visited The Flag Shop to purchase a Toronto Raptors flag. The service and staff at the flag shop was exceptional and the ladies who worked there helped me get exactly what I wanted. The flag is great quality and they even had a few options for me to pick from. I will recommend the flag shop to all my family and friends for all they're flag needs.

Heather was great, confirmed information for us. The other girl was very unprofessional...we would go back but would never want to deal with her again. She needs to understand what customer service is, like a previous review commented 'treated like trash', but Heather was very professional and super helpful...saved our experience for sure.

Heather helped us out with a flagpole stand issue today even though the goods did not come from there she went offsite to our Headquarters and helped to troubleshoot and provide information for a correct stand that was needed for our entrance flag. I went to The Flag Shop today for the first time. Excellent experience. The young lady who works there was very helpful and within a short time I had everything I needed and was on my way. She even took time to explain a few things to me. I was quite impressed and very pleased.
Bad service lady on the phone was mean and when I said that's all she sarcastically said thank you. Good selection bad service!
Good quality and selection BUT prices too high and service unfriendly. Save a return trip - be sure to choose whether flag has rope or grommets - they don't ask.
If you want a well made flag, this is the place to go. If you want to be talked to like trash, this is the place to go.
