I have been a customer of The First Picture Frame for over 20 years. This is a family owned business and the service is excellent. Most of the time I let them pick out the mats and frames for me and it is a collaboration. There is a big selection on mats and frames and the work is great. I have been a loyal customer because of: a) price, b) help, c) competence. I have recommended this place to others.
Professional and courteous. Prices are reasonable. Will receive the framed painting in two weeks.
I wasnt very happy with the framing jobs. There was scratch nick in the frame and they were not accomodating offering solution They tried to upsell me on museum glass. Pushy service. They were so unhelpful over the phone.. wouldnt even give a ball park idea pricing. Very very overpriced after shopping around and they are definately not the \first picture frame warehouse\.. Since than I have discovered a much better framer in Downsview North York area.
