I am not one to typically write a review, unfortunately the experience didn't go as planned. I'm out 700 and a certificate thanks to the owner. The whole thing rubs me the wrong way from her being outright hostile to not adhering to the rules and regulations it's an utter disappointment. Please save your money, get a bike and learn yourself, I think that's what I am going to do this summer. This did not stop me from wanting to learn how to ride! Cheers

In all honesty I would not recommend this school. The owner is only invested because it is her business. Not because she wants to teach, not because she wants to help you. It’s only about the money. The general feeling I got when I took the course was that they didn’t care if you knew how to ride a bike or pass the test as long as they got paid. Yes you do learn basic (and I do mean BASIC skills) here. You will not learn what they say that they will teach you on the website. There is no road prep, there is a lot of running around on little 150 Honda’s if that’s your thing, driving around in parking lots around pylons... The bikes they have are in generally poor condition (the clutch on mine kept sticking) and the course itself DOES NOT teach you what you need for the road They will teach you... Proper stopping Slipping the clutch (better control of the bike at low speed) Breaking (which is important) Hill starts (which I did have to do on my road test) Ready Position (which will save your life) There is value in taking a course like this one. I did learn some valuable things in this course. However I think there are better options out there and more understanding teachers. However nothing will replace riding around with an experienced rider. Anyway, I feel personally that the school doesn’t live up to their promises and they do misrepresent what you will learn. And here’s a copy of my certificate if the owner wants to say that this is a fake review...
if I could give a 0 star I would\u003e While I understand this is tough times i still expect a certain level of professionalism I bought my godson a gift certificate for lessons for the 2019 season they had NO PROBLEM taking my money but when it came time for him to book they did not respond to his calls/voice mails or emails to book the lessons. Now the certificate has expired and I am out over 600 and no one is responding to my voice mails or email. Shame on you
I did learn a lot; however, the owner was extremely rude and condescending. She did not understand that some people are new to riding. Her partner was good though and was friendly. One of the main reasons I booked the course was the ability to go back and use their bikes to practice, but whenever our course was over, they shut down for the entire summer. I also booked the course because they used to have instructors come to the facility after the course to do the road test but this was also never done due to the government switching their road testing procedures. I figured we would go out on the road after the course completion at least, but never got the chance to do so. There was no option to back out of the course when they knew that this wouldn't be happening. I emailed and asked for compensation but this obviously didn't happen. The parking lot they used was full of pot holes and uneven gravel. I also purchased a brand new 600 motorcycle jacket from Argyl sports which had all the proper requirements, tags and everything .. but the owner, Trina, told me that it couldn't be used so I had to use one of theirs. If you're looking for a fun and friendly experience, I would NOT recommend the Edge Motorcycle Training.
