We received our cover and after a few months noticed a small hole in the cover. We were told that it was due to shipping and only covered by warranty within 48 hours. The suggested fix was to buy duct tape. When opening the cover to apply the duct tape we noticed the foam wrapping was torn. This is inside the cover and not exposed to elements however we were told this was not a warranty issue because it had been over 48 hours and we could pay for a replacement shipping. I'm curious how something protected zipper inside a cover could have been caused by shipping but that is the customer service stance. Save your money, use a different company that actually backs their manufacturing, stands by their product and warranty. Our cover is less than 6 months old and they're not interested in fixing their poor quality manufacturing. So much for trying to support a more local company.

I ordered my cover in October 2020, at first I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. The major flaw are the locking clips which break very easily! Customer service was quick to send me replacement parts. Thank you.
We have now bought our third top from the Cover Guy! These folks have not only an excellent customer service - but their product is outstanding! We use our spa every winter and can attest that we would HIGHLY recommend this company!
Great service. Have ordered here a few times. I own 2 hot tubs and they have both cover dimensions on file. They are usually very prompt in delivery. Yes, delivery was longer last time around - due to Covid - but I'm happy to support Canadian. They actually called me personally to follow up when delivery took longer than expected. Who still does that in the internet age? It was a very nice personal touch. Will certainly order again.
We ordered online, the service dept., double checked our measurements for our Hydrospa Brand & helped us remeasure over the phone to make sure we had the perfect fit. From start to finish the experience was great. Shipping did a great job of delivering to us in Quebec during the slowdown in April from Covid. I would definitely recommend : ) Oh yeah & I love my new cover!
