For many year, The Computer Edge has been my go-to support for my computer needs. I recently needed a replacement system only to discover Ken no longer had his local store in Oakville. After a brief search I was relieved to find he was still servicing clients but remotely. Once again Ken came through, he was able to get me the exact system I was looking for at a great price. Both his before and after sales service are fantastic, he is always just a call or email away.

This is the second time I've used the computer repair services here, and I couldn't be more satisfied. My laptop had a loose connection and I was given a quote for the part labour. Before Ken was going to install the new part, he took everything apart, cleaned it, and put it back together, which fixed the issue. He also did a general cleanup/optimization of my pc. He only charged me a very fair price for his three hours of labour. In a market in which less-than-savvy customers are at the mercy of repair shops (like with car mecahnics), it is so very refreshing to have a technician you can trust, and Ken is one of the very few
We had a screen crack on a loaner laptop and needed it fixed quickly. With it being so close to the Christmas holidays, it would be tough to get it fixed ASAP. However, Ken was super helpful and prioritized the repair; he had it done in 2 days. I’m so happy we went here. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ken!
My laptop didn't come with a screw needed to keep my new hard drive in place, popped in to this place hoping they might have one I could purchase. The owner went above and beyond and let me rummage through his spare screws to find the exact one I needed, then insisted on letting me have it for free when I tried to pay. Phenomenal service, highly recommend and will be back in the future should I ever need parts or service for any of my computers!
Honesty, knowledge and friendliness. This is what you get here at computer edge! I walked in with some questions about my computer and was given excellent advice. There was no pressure and the atmosphere is great. Great selection of parts that match or beat prices from big box stores. Keep it up!
