Good food choices. Great serving staff and cooks. Able to house large parties since there's a few floors. Location is near Parliament in the heart of core downtown. Check the online menu for your options. They serve a few of my favorite scotch brands so I'm able to drink something other than beer, of which they have a good selection.

The service was incredibly slow, generally bad overall. Most people in my group did not even eat their food since it was terrible. Frozen veggies in salads, generally way too salty to the point of being inedible. I had received feedback along those lines from several people, I can now confirm it for myself. Definitely will not return. On the positive side, the location and atmosphere are good.
It really can't get much worse than this for a restaurant. Over an hour wait during lunch and burnt to a crisp food. Apparently it is well known that this place has a horrible reputation. I wish I would have known this before I "tried" to eat here. There's plenty of amazing restaurants in this city. Save yourself precious time and go eat there. Otherwise you'll lose a chunk of valuable time at this place.
Not as scary as the other reviews seemed to indicate. Basically average with a few draft beer options and edible food. Nothing really stood out for better or worse. Considering the area there are other more interesting options nearby.
I seriously don't understand why these type of places still exist in Ottawa. Are people not fed up with this? 8 beers with horrible boring food? I ordered a burger to be safe and it was absolutely horrible. The bread was at least 3 days old and the patty was he driest I ever had. For 15 we expected something better than this. So much so that we returned the burgers and ate at the Ribfest instead. We were there for a work party and the service was horrible but, it was not the servers fault, they were only two for 50 people... The managers seem very greedy...
Wonderful experience. We had a family dinner including two kids. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had the best salmon and even the sides were to die for. The kids cleaned their plates!!! The only disadvantage is that they don't have a branch in Mississauga. If in Ottawa for sure we will go back :)
We have been here twice. Delicious food. Burger, wings and sweet potatoe fries are awesome! Appreciated the gluten free options. Very very friendly staff!
Delicious food! The wings had a different but nice twist to them so that was cool. Funny servers so it had a nice atmosphere. I'll go back for sure!
