The Cash Store

I went to this Cash store today. To be honest I had never been to a money cash store before. They became popular before my time. I needed to do a Western union Transfer to China. I did not catch the slim blonde haired lady's name with glasses. I had heard some not so great things about money cash stores, however, my whole experience with this cash store on North Front st was really pleasant. I had to wait 5 minutes as there were a few customers but she offered me a water, and there was places to sit.Its nice to be acknowledged when you walk into a store. I had never done a western union transaction before, but she made everything easy and understandable. It is so nice to have someone who enjoys doing their job, and it very much showed. She was pleasant, funny, and she even gave me a card with all my info on it so the next time everything is already in their computer and I just have to show my card. So many customer service people are not always as happy and cheery. She is a keeper. As a business owner I know how important a good employee who has your best interests at heart is. Well done cash store. I will send everyone your way.
