great experience with the sales staff and organizing a day to install. The installers did a good job but near the end seemed to be rushing to go eat there lunch. They knocked over a recycling bin did not clean up, they did 0 clean up of the stairs after they finished and left a good sized roll of carpet behind that now I am going to have to remove and pay the dump fee myself. Maybe look going else where for your install needs.

I cannot say enough good things about The Carpet Store Guelph! I have visited their store on multiple occasions for my flooring needs and the service is always excellent! Every time we walk in, my husband and I are quickly taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. Over the years they have helped us pick out gorgeous floors for our various renovation projects. We’ve used them for hardwood on our main floor, tile (kitchen backsplash, foyer and bathroom), area rugs, as well as, most recently, vinyl plank in our basement. The pricing is very competitive and the installation itself has always gone smoothly. The installers are always very professional and efficient! The finished product is stunning and the floors have held up great over the years (even with two large breed dogs). I highly recommend this local, family owned business for any of your flooring needs.

Great prices and quick to install. Jerry in sales was super helpful in product selection and the install crew was very professional and great people to deal with. Pictures below show some low cost options I looked at for a project.
