One of my favourite restaurants in the city. Love love love their BBQ. The brisket is so delicious. I love their fried chicken, it's perfection! Moist, favourful, crispy and did I mention no bones?
First time getting take out from The Carbon Bar - it really, really hit the spot. We weren't even high. It tasted THAT good. Ordered the platter for 1, mac n cheese, KFC cauliflower bites, (echoing many others, delicious!) And a brownie. Only took a pic of the brownie since we ate the rest. Very friendly service at the pick up desk as well. A great restaurant in the neighbourhood, will eat there again. If you are reading this, you should have already placed your order by now. Go do it. GO. :P
In my opinion carbon bar is the best value for money BBQ in town and it’s amazing. During quarantine we ordered it multiple times and were shocked at the quantity and quality we received. Our first order they made a small error and rectified it immediately with excellent customer service. I’m no longer in Toronto and missing it already!
We ordered the Carbon Bar Christmas kit and it was AMAZING!!! The smoked turkey was incredibly juicy and flavourful, the stuffing, gravy, etc. were all top notch, gourmet. The items were packaged perfectly and easy to reheat per the instructions. Worth every penny!! We are so thankful to have trusted our Christmas dinner to the chef's and meat wizards at the Carbon Bar!!! Bar none the best takeout place in downtown TO!! (If you haven't had their brisket you haven't lived...)
