Went to buy silver bullion. He asked if I had an appointment. I didn't realize it was by appointment only. Then he rudely told me to make an appointment and come back. There was nobody in the store. Guess I won't be going back there. Never experienced a store owner that hates customers before.

He explained the whole process to me, answered my questions, showed me all the numbers and rates and was very fair. Women especially, if you are looking to sell gold, this is a safe place to go.

I went to stop in at the New Penny and learned that the owner had passed away. I was told that there was a new shop near by and checked it out. I was not disappointed. The owners are very knowledgable and make every effort to make those customers feel at ease. Their stock range is good with something for everyone, regardless of their budget. I was looking for some low price coins to fill my in my collection and they treated me as if I was a high roller. This his such a nice change as some stores I've been too that make you feel that you're not really worth their time. I have been back a couple of times and look forward to continuing to give them what business I can.
