The Bagmen provide excellent service at the reasonable price, and they are great people to deal with. They did inspection, and a preventive spray of Dragnet in my home. I was seeing 3-4 ants nightly inside the house for about 2 months when I called. Just days before the appointment I stopped seeing them so I can't say 100% if the reason I'm still not seeing them is because they're dead or moved elsewhere but time will tell! I saw some dead/dying silverfish after the treatment! Service person was great and friendly!
Bugman Pest Control came to my apartment to help with my bed bug infestation. A previous company had been here 5 times and the problem persisted. I was at my wits end when I decided to phone Bugman. They came (on time), inspected the issue, and got right to work on performing a 3 hour heat treatment. The issue was completely resolved and they even spray the rest of my apartment for free with pet friendly chemicals just in case. They are true professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I'm so happy I chose this company and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Bryce and the Bugman team!
Very professional. Aaron wore a mask and explained everything thoroughly. He was kind enough to move some of the heavy objects. Communicating with the team to make an appt and reschedule an appt was super easy.

Bugman responded to my initial inquiry promptly and provided complete information. Bryce scheduled the service for the first possible date. The service man arrived promptly, finished the job quickly, and answered our questions. The job is guaranteed for a year and their price was lower than their competitors'. We have used them in past for another issue and we will not hesitate to call them again.
The results were immediate Ants are gone. The technician was professional and polite. My only complaint would be the phone contact office did not share important details, which was frustrating.
