I went there due to a couple friends' recommendations. I had emailed asking for a quote and got a quick reply. It took a little while before I actually made it to Brockville to get a 11x14 print done and luckily they weren't too busy and were able to do it right there and then at a very reasonable price. I had really bad service at the photo lab in Walmart and was so impressed at how friendly the lady was who helped me at the Copy Shop. (I don't recall her name unfortunately, I'm very bad at remembering that! Nothing personal). She was EXTREMELY pleasant, nice, polite, quick and friendly. That alone made me a fan right away. My print was true to my original, I'm quite happy with it! Will definitely go back and I HIGHLY recommend you try them out!
