Building itself is fine and location is superb, security is nice enough as well. But oh my god the smell. Can't speak for other units but mine is located beside the garbage disposal and almost every other day my entire unit smells like garbage. Reported to management, cleaners and superintendent several times, no satisfactory answer and the problem persists. Will be looking for better arrangements once my lease is up.

Nicely located in Wellesley-Bay, condo with Black/Golden Classy Interiors

Great location close to Universities and hospitals. Beautiful upmarket condo with tasteful interiors. Concierge is very helpful. Though there was a problem with the alarms till about a few months back, now that the building is fully complete that has got resolved. Close to Wellesley subway station and just steps from the elite Bay and Bloor shopping area. Highly recommended

Ravi at the front desk of 955 Bay St. is one of the nicest guys ever. He managed to help me with a very last minute elevator booking and was super friendly when I approached him. He helped me in every way he can by leaving note for the guys on duty the next day and also pointed out where to park and etc. Special thanks to Ravi today! Guys such a beauty.

Another soulless building no one in their right mind would buy into. Short-term rental? Fine for central location but everyone here is passing through. Fire alarm problem frequently mentioned here. Stupid superstition has no place in Canada. All floors ending in 4 are skipped. Guess they are trying to encourage a particular ethnicity. Awful.

Excellent looking building that will stand the test of time -- fantastic location steps away from UofT.

I would not recommend living here, I stayed here for about a year because it was close to my university. However, there are fire alarms going off literally everyday for no reason sometimes waking me up at like 4am or they go off at other odd times of the day. not to mention since the building is under construction it takes the elevators forever to get to you I usually ended up waiting a good 20 mins for them :/ But the location is pretty great so I guess there is that.

The building was dated 1967 (53-year-old). Definitely not a new one, make no mistake. Only the top nine floors were newly added during remodeling.
