After a less than pleasant experience at The Brick in Deerfoot Meadows, I stopped in at The Brick Mattress Store as a last ditch resort to resolve my mattress issue and was surprised to receive nothing but the best service from Thomas. He was patient with me and very accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured and he proved to me that not all stores are the same. I would recommend anyone in the market for a mattress or bed to give these guys a visit! Pricing was competitive, but truly the customer service was second to none!

My husband and I came in looking for a mattress, Thomas provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable, patient and his main priority was getting us the right mattress. We left to look around at a competitor but ultimately returned to purchase both a mattress and new bed frame when we found the level of service Thomas provided could be unmatched. Overall a great experience.

We popped over to the store to look at firm mattresses. Monir was a true pleasure to deal with. He did not push us towards any one bed. He asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us all the beds in that style. Not once did he push us to buy the most expensive bed. He let us rest each on each bed not rushing us to get it over with. While we knew before we went which one we were buying it was gratifying to see someone whom actually wanted you to leave with the right bed. We would definitely go back to this store location and tell friends about it.

Went yesterday with my wife. We were a little hesitant with the COVID situation however Kevin was very friendly and assured us that they sanitize the beds every day. He also gave us our own clean pillows with a cover that we tried out the beds on so we didn't have to put our heads on each pillow already set up. Kevin was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and made great suggestions for us to try. He encouraged us to take our time trying out the beds and gave us the right amount of space so we could talk to each other without any pressure. Compared to previous mattress buying attempts, this was a comfortable, pressure-free experience.

Just bought our second mattress from this location. Thomas was excellent from start to finish. Very welcoming and not pushy as a mattress is a significant purchase to make. We told him our preferences and the first mattress we tried was the winner even after laying down and several others. We’ll likely be back in a few years for our daughters bed and another for us.
