Visited this store to exchange my kids' mattresses that I had purchased online. ( They were too firm). All the staffs were friendly and helpful. No issues to exchange them to the new ones. I will come to this store again when I need another one for mine.

We are very disappointed with the customer service at this brick store. We purchased mattress 2 yrs ago and now the one in our son’s room is sagging and very uncomfortable. I submitted the warranty claim in August and never heard back from them. Finally I decided to call and the lady at brick store inform me to contact the manufacturer directly. Ok, I call the manufacturer after searching there number. They informed me all claims should be submitted through Brick. The brick store now doesn’t even bother to pick there phone.
