They have the best body butter ever. Great for dry skin. Also the sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to kingsway tonight to pick up an online order from a different store. As I was walking past the body shop I noticed they were having a sale. There was something I was really wanting and was excited that it might be on sale. I stood at the door where the ropes (but not doors) were closed. There were 2 workers inside who looked at me then continued talking. There was no other customer in the store. This was at 645-650ish pm. The store states closed at 7, so why wouldn't anyone let me in? Yea I know stragglers are the worst (I work retail) but to close 10-15 mins early seems crazy to me. If this is protocol then the store hours need to be amended.

I’m not one to ever write a bad review but this customer service was completely uncalled for. I came to Kingsway mall on Friday, September 25th to purchase some items from the body shop and the website said the store closed at 7. The time I went there was 6:10. I waited at the door because the sign said wait at the door until someone greets you. A lady with blonde ish hair and a beige sweater kept looking at me and so I assumed she was busy at the moment and didn’t have time to come to the door. I patiently waited and was confused as to why they would be closed an hour early. As I’m looking down at my phone to check the time to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I heard someone say we’re closed, and then I look up and it’s the same lady and for some reason she gave me the nastiest attitude and tone I have ever heard. “We’re closed” she said. No sorry, or anything and complete lack of customer service. Even if you had a bad day there’s no need to be rude to a customer especially when your store hours said you close at 7. You guys need to update your hours so that you don’t waste my time. I love your products but due to this lady’s unprofessionalism I never want to come back there again.

I went to this location yesterday and I had the best experience! Raylene was helping me throughout my store visit and was amazing! She answered all of my questions, was very knowledgable about the products, and went out of her way to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. I live on the south side so I have only been to this location on a few occasions, but it might be worth going back just for the great service!
