Prompt service and expert advice!
Brought in a dozen Hunter Douglas blinds to get restrung and have some slats replaced. Within a week, I had them back in my hands and they looked brand new. The best part of it all was the price was very fair. I would recommend the Blind Doctor.
I have officially given up. I've spent the past few months(!) trying to get my motorized blinds repaired by The Blind Doctor, or the rail replaced. They were recommended by Hunter Douglas. I emailed twice with no answer, called three times (leaving messages) before I managed to get someone on the line who asked me to come into the store with the parts -- I had already emailed photos. I went in and spoke to them where they took photos and told me they'd contact me the next week. Now, over a month, two unanswered phone calls and an unanswered email later, I still have heard nothing. I shouldn't have to spend months of useless effort to try to give someone my business. There are so many companies struggling to survive during the pandemic; take your business to one who actually tries.
Would love to give a review but submitted an email and havent heard anything back. Must have enough clients already.
