The staff members were really helpful. I was able to find all the items I needed and they even made sure the elastic thread I got was the right size for my beads. I would go back there again. The prices are reasonable and the store was very clean.

The store is laid out so nicely and labelled well so that you can find your beads, the attendants were super friendly and even brought over a basket for me when I browsed. There are tons of promotions and everything is reasonably priced! I'm so happy to see a miyuki delica selection with so much to offer and organized in by colour! I would ha e liked to see bigger bags for some colours but the ones I definitely will use lots of came in a bigger bag! I'm so happy to have a location near where I tend to do my shopping ️ plenty of parking is a perk rather than having to commute to downtown and looking for parking along 17gh for a different shop. Will definitely be back!
This is my go-to for beading supplies now! Great service! and Amazing prices for the money! my order came faster than expected, normally it is very difficult to order stones online because you never know the quality. this place has awesome stone quality for the prices they offer!
The customer service here is phenomenal. They really take the time to show you how to do things and make sure you understand. Docking one point because not everyone had their mask all the way up. Overall great experience and cant wait to go back!
