Easily the best choice between Calgary and the Valley. Locally owned and operated, if you call you will speak with the owner/operator/driver Darryl himself and that's such a huge difference. It is with good reason locals travel with and rely on Darryl; your journey will be dependable, courteous and speedy yet still of reasonable cost.

I highly recommend this company. They are very honest, reliable and excellent customer service. You can't beat their price for a direct trip from Calgary to Canmore or Banff and they even have free wifi. Very comfortable seats. Really easy to use website for booking too.
Right from the beginning, The Banff express was absolutely wonderful, their communication with me, booking my seat, and with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have been to many places around the world and have had shuttle service from several companies which include limo transit and none have even come close to the service that the Banff Express has. I wished they had a franchise so when I have to go to a place such as Vancouver, I’d have them and know I’d have a company service I can depend on, feel acquainted with and comfortable. Will always use this service! Cost efficient and the driver is so kind, easy to reach, professional, and insightful. Was once late from a circumstance beyond his control... Was extremely considerate in making it up to us passengers by tailoring to our needs that evening, and being apologetic! Great system for transit back and forth to Banff, and the booking site is easy to use.
