I started to love this place. I rent a violin for my jr high daughter. The string broke on Saturday night. I took it in Monday morning before the store opened. The lady opened the door for me and got it fixed right away. She also processed a refund for returning the unopened box of a unused music stand. At the end I got a free expedite fixed, some back and be able to be back in time for my work meeting. My daughter will be able to continue her band lesson. Everything worked out perfectly! I felt I was treated well with courtesy. I am so happy and grateful to Bandstand!

I love this place. My trombone valve broke earlier this year and Susan came and picked it up from where I was. It was fixed impeccably. I just got an order delivered two days after I placed it on Saturday, and when I called to ask about some items, Ormand was very helpful.

Fun fact: if you rent an instrument, the rental fee can be put towards the purchase of a new instrument from the store. Very appealing to know you're not 'throwing money away' on a rental when you may eventually choose to buy, but are not sure yet. They were my go-to store when I was in jr.high and high school band almost 20 years ago, and from what I can see, that's not about to change!

I went in to have an Alto Sax repaired and because of the fact it was not a high end Sax the elderly gentlemen at the counter actually told me \ I don't want this repair on our reputation\ He further more looked and said it would cost to much to fix, to adjust keys and repad the instrument, which on the phone they said they could do with ease. He was very rude and didn't care to talk. I took it to another shop they looked it was fine and they repaired it no questions asked. Dont use this service here they are terrible.
