The WORST appraisal company I have ever used. Doesn't even know the basics of quantifying property value and does an absolute LAZY job of delivering reports on time or picking up calls or communicating any delays. Delayed the report more than 4 days and failed to justify any of his findings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional and not practical; used arbitrary values like a 3rd grader adding and subtracting without any sophistication or genuine consideration. Should not be licensed at all. Beyond me why anyone should hire Sandro or this company in general as an appraiser.
