Ordered extra chinese broccoli and paid extra meal come out to close 20, also left a tip. Upon opening the meal at home I'm surprised to find no extra items despite paying for it. Unable to get a hold of the store as they don't pick up their phone. Do yourself one extra and just avoid this location. Edit: As a response to the response from the "owner" I've already emailed thai express to express my frustration. I've also included my receipt and photos of my meal. If you're going to response to my post with "please contact us so we can follow up" please do so to ensure customer satisfaction, stop playing games with your customers you don't look any better by looking like you care.

Nice tasty food. Same tasty food every time I visit. Pleasant customer service... I'm going edit my previous review and add some more info. Went in today 19january 2018 and picked up chicken Tom Yam soup to go. I got to my office and all the soup was in the basket. The plastic container cracked and it was in the plastic bag along with the carboard piece that are.putting under the container. I called their number and no answer. Left my name and phone number, but no one called. In the light of this quick and prompt customer service and along with a soup that is not a soup any longer... I have revise my review ...and give them 2 stars
They don’t even listen to your order properly. Love the food but the staff could be a little better

The Daily Special's which many people come for are never available on the day of the special. I figure this is because they do not want to honor their discount price. Why be stingy to paying customers?!
So I don't get it how many times this management of the store needs to be told that lady as a cashier is very horrible. One of rudest person I have seen taking anyone's order ...horrible experience I wish I could give a negative ... she is not making that owner money that's for sure
