Order took over 3 weeks to arrive (Canada Post fault) and there was a problem with the product. They made it right without hesitation and at their own expense!!! I would not hesitate to order from this compaany again!!!!

Amazing customer service with lovely people working there that put a smile on my face every time I walk through the door. They recognize me and are always ready to have a conversation.
Great store for all your policing needs. Friendly staff that doesn't hover over you while you shop but answered all my questions when I had them. Picked up a patrol bag, flashlight and some gloves, they even give police officers a 10% discount!
