Great experience buying a used car. They were definitely a bit understaffed, but I could tell they were doing their best, and we managed to come to a pretty awesome deal. They also hustled and stayed late to get me on the road today.

I was recently at Terrace Toyota to talk to them about a recall on my new Camry. They told me it wasn’t a recall was just suggesting that it could fail. Brought my car to Dawson creek Toyota they told me it wasn’t a problem they Ordered me a fuel pump to replace it due to a recall I had the worst service in terrace anyone could ever have.
Recently had 3 of our fleet vehicles in for service at this dealership. We found the service department (Dylan and Melissa) to be very professional and courteous. Really appreciated the technician catching a safety concern and having it repaired in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for really great service!

Service staff are awesome
Poor customer service, I just walked away to Honda and bought a new car there. Feels like they are doing a favor to you by answering your questions. In one word, unprofessional service. A sales guy that does not know how to deal with a serious buyer, good luck with that!

These guys literally put the "service" into "Full service". Everyone in the shop is looking out for your best interest. I was always a bit weary to use dealerships as I was afraid of being overcharged and getting told things i didn't need. Not here. I thought I had a problem in my vehicle because it was new, the mech went into the exact model on the lot and showed me it was perfect and didn't even charge me for their time. They always wash my vehicle when i get an oil change or lube and they make sure I have full piece of mind.
