What more can I say? It's air Canada! I avoid at all costs.
This airline is absolutely terrible. Ive been flying with them twice a month for 6 months and out of twelve flights 6 have been cancelled or their systems are down and cant process changes or something has screwed up my travel and left me stranded. Customer service is horrible and no one seems to take your issues seriously. I cant stress enough how haphazardly they run their buisiness. I will be doing everything in my power including paying a few bucks more if i have to, just to avoid doing buisiness with this sham of a company in the future!
Want late flights on a regular basis?....AIR CANADA Want to have lost luggage? .... AIR CANADA Want to mis your connection? AIR CANADA You want to screw something up...government run airline. Never again
I flew from Vancouver to Terrace over the holidays, unfortunately the airline I was connecting from lost my luggage. I went to the desk and the woman there was very nice and helpful and gave me a pretty comprehensive kit of toiletries. They gave me a ticket number to track my lost luggage as it made its way back, I got my luggage back the next morning at 730 am.
The girls working there took fantastic care of my unaccompanied minor. Could not get better service or staff.
