Bought a new washer and dryer from Dan Good. He is an excellent sales associate who was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I will be going back to him as an appliance and electronic sales associate in the future, and recommend others to ask for him as well! However, I was concerned with the delivery... while prompt and efficient, the delivery people were not properly wearing their masks. In addition, they did not keep their distance, and would come right up to me to ask a question, etc. I put a mask on for both mine and their safety. We are in the middle of a worsening pandemic, and the company advertises its safety precautions. I think there are significant opportunities for improvement in health and safety (both of the staff and the customers) where masks are concerned. There needs to be better alignment with the safety precautions that the company advertises.

Even took the time to send me a link for an extra part I wanted even though it was not available for purchase through the store. I appreciated his excellent customer service at every step of the way. The great experience continued. I was extremely impressed with the delivery service. Called to let us know what time they were coming & they were early in the 2 hour window. Such pleasant young men! Really careful & considerate. They almost instantly figured out the path they needed to take to get the old appliances out of the house & the new ones in. They worked together very well, spotted for each other indicating whenever a change needed to be made. They were polite & careful within our house & wore their masks. Tepperman’s has done a great job training.their staff.

Tina was absolutely amazing, right from start to finish. I was nervous about purchasing furniture during a pandemic as I like to be \in control\ and I had to rely on her to choose pieces that worked together. Tina sent me photos of what I was looking for and made me feel confident in my decisions.
