We had Christian and Brenden deliver our furniture today from the Ancaster store. They were absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful and polite. They were quick and careful with our furniture to make sure no damage. Couldn’t ask for better service from these two. Thank you so much for all your help! We appreciate it so much!

So happy with my Tepperman’s experience. From purchase to delivery. Everything is amazing. Their delivery service includes setup, the delivery men are their own employees, they are polite, respectful and never made me feel uncomfortable having strangers in my house. This is my second purchase from them, 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Despite the store not being open for in person shopping due to covid, I was able to speak with a sales rep and order exactly what I wanted very quickly and easily. Both staff members I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. This was my first time shopping here and I will be 100% returning in the future. Thank you!
As a family business they are committed to share a relationship based on trust and loyalty for over 95 years, but the sad reality is that no employee of this location committed to the professional standards what the brand really stands for. By being a costumer we are not just giving money for a product but saying Yes to a partnership that can hold as a foundation for future business opportunities. Unfortunately I can not go into detail about the specifics but we had an issue and really need it help. As a Father of 3 I lost my job do the the pandemic so our financial situation are in bad shape. When I asked for help and explained what happened they stuck with the policy’s in place and the robotic response instead of remembering the values what built this company from nothing to a well recognized business, compassion, understanding, loyalty. Maybe 50 years ago these things meant something for some people but today values are really measured by actual numbers. I asked to be viewed as a not only an existing costumer but a costumer who will stick with this family business and willing to return. At the end I can say this is been a very educational experience and got a lot smarter. A lesson like this will stay with me forever but will never impact the way I think and feel about other family businesses. I would not recommend this brand let alone this location. Christian & Brenden are an excellent pair of professional delivery specialists. They called us to give a heads up as to when they would arrive, explained how they were going to execute the delivery of furniture into our home. Took their time at assembling our bed and made sure we were satisfied with their completed work. I'd highly recommend both these fine fellows.
So, I ordered two pieces of furniture in December. Due to COVID and manufacturing delays beyond their control I received one item today, still waiting for the second. However, every time I have called the Ancaster location for an update they have been great. My 2 delivery guys Christian and CJ went above and beyond when delivering and were super friendly! Even though there was a significant delay, I would order from Tepperman's again! Thank you :)
I had an amazing experience with Wade. He was very helpful and informative. He definitely knows his products. I came away well informed and was able to make my decision. Wade even came into work, on his day off, to place my order as soon as he heard that we were going back into a full lock down. That’s amazing customer service!!
My wife and I were looking to purchase a new TV and we weren't sure which one would be the best for us. Jeslin was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and gave us the advice we needed to make an informed choice. All the staff were patient as our purchase went past business hours, and the manager on duty was also very helpful in our decision. We would recommend Tepperman's Ancaster for your in home needs.
