Been here for more than 10 years i guess. I’m no longer hanging out late in the night for karaoke but it’s great to hang out with friends during afternoon time for karaoke.. yes, no longer teenagers and i’m sure others can provide better input during those hours. However, we came here in the afternoon, or noon time, from 1230-1530 for about three hours, pretty good deals as 10 plus tax would get you to sing for three hours with a drink and lunch/snack! So my visit was during weekend and you may also come here during weekdays if you are not working or just come here for lunch! I think i did it once 10 years ago.. so it wasn’t that bad! Only thing changed is the karaoke song selection system, now it’s all in simplified chinese so you better read that if you don’t, then just try your luck! I would come here again next time and it’s a good place for karaoke. Any other input.. well, just as usual karaoke place with karaoke scent. that’s all it is..

Pretty good selection of English songs (old and new), but nothing past 2015/2016 for Korean songs. Food is what you expect for a karaoke place. Can't comment on Chinese song selection but assume it would be good. Song search is unintuitive, only had it work somewhat reliably when searching by the first letter of the artist's name. If entering two letters it sometimes filters out artists that should have otherwise appeared.
The food took 2 hours to come and was not great. The karoke system was a bit outdated but the private room was enjoyable.
Be sure to call in ahead of time to book reservations if you want to be safe. I walked in with my friend (just the two of us) and we were rudely asked if we had reservations. We told them we didn’t and they tried to send us away by saying they had no rooms for two people left. I asked if they had any bigger rooms and the guy said we had to pay for three people so we did that. Their happy hour special seems like a good deal but the two drinks included tastes pretty bad, probably the worse drinks out of any karaoke place I’ve been to. The song selection was decent but it was confusing to navigate through trying to find updated songs. It did have an English setting to read in which was nice. Near the end, someone started smoking in the room next to us which ruined the rest of the experience for us. I don’t totally hate this place but I wouldn’t really recommend it either.
I've been going to Ten 23 almost yearly for over 10 years. The song selection (English and Chinese) is a decent mix of new and old songs from different artists, although they don't always have the newest songs. I usually go for happy hour or afternoon k. Basically it's really good value. Some non-alcoholic drinks or a drink and snack are included in the price depending on when you go. Anywho, hours of fun with friends for a good price.
The food (chicken wings, chicken tips..) is real good. Lots of rooms. Hopefully they'll update their system, then it'll be much better
It still uses an interface that only allows one person at a time to choose songs. No app to select songs. Chinese for song selection is in simplified and not traditional (con for some, pro for some).
great chicken wings and fries that tasted like costco fries (crunchy, thick and fried to perfection)! six of us spent saturday night here, things were just starting to get busy at 9pm, but we had a reservation and were quickly led to the room which was equipped with touchscreen monitor system and a large flatscreen on the wall, the ceiling light has a dimmer switch to adjust ambiance two mics and large glass coffee table with purple lighting when we called for service they came quickly, food and drinks were brought out quick too all the food and drinks were good quality, but stick to simple foods like wings/fries/sandwiches - this is just a karaoke place, not a food establishment overall good experience, would recommend!
