Overall I have had a fantastic experience with Telex During the sales process they were very honest about what I needed and did not need in my home; they did not push things on me that I didn't want (e.g. I didn't want 2-way voice, and they were fine with that). The first installer they sent out left a lot to be desired, but the follow-up installer was fantastic. Mostly I have loved their personal service -- they treat me like I am a customer that matters, and will quickly respond to issues in a way that maximizes my convenience (e.g. if they need to come out, they will come out on a weekend or evening, and they show up exactly when they said they would show up). I highly recommend them.
