This is a great clinic, nurses and pharmacists arefriendly personable, quick and efficient, I saw a sign I believe regarding using them as a family dr if you don't have one... I forgot to look again when I went back to have a prescription filled, but it's definitely something id be interested in looking into further. Brought my teenage daughter there and the nurse was great when faced with a 14 year old girls attitude not wanting to get blood work lol. Also when I went there a few months ago the nurse was knowledgable regarding my facemask which had a band logo, and dropped their catch phrase in conversation, so that was 11/10 service right there :) seriously though, as someone who doesn't feel comfortable in a lot of places, I feel alright there, I don't dread going. Thank you!!

I was sceptical about going to a walk in clinic where the doctor is not physically present to see you. But after going to my family doctor twice and him not being able/ not willing to really help me I decided to give it a try because I had nothing to lose. The receptionist was extremely friendly as was the nurse working. I got a diagnosis within 15 minutes for something my family doctor couldn't do despite 2 visits. Very pleased with the service I received and will be going back if I ever need anything else.
Made a 10 o'clock appointment. They told me too yet they take walk one first. Waste of time.
Nurses were very friendly and helpful. I did not have a long wait. Different experience talking to a doctor via video chat but it works!
