Where do I start, our network is a bit of a mess with two Shaw extenders, Apple and Windows computers, so at times it works fine with some and not the others. Bernardo was able to make sense of it all, our phones are able to print as well, I didn't know it was different for iPhones as it is for Androids. In any case we're grateful Bernardo was able to help us. Thank you.
