DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! The owner Dan download pirated software onto a computer he sold me. This is illegal and caused my laptop to crash and it cost me 300 to repair. If he's done it to one then he's done it to many! The owner omits that he used illegal software but claims he is not responsible -we were 100% NOT AWARE that illegal programs were going to be installed on our computer, I would have not allowed it as I could be charged. He was extremely upset and offended that I brought my computer to Northern Protocol to be fixed by professionals, I can only image he was upset because he was caught being a crook and doing illegal things. If you have purchased a computer from this guy I would get your computer checked out to make sure everything g on there is legal. THIS IS FRAUD. This guy is a crook and he was unwilling to own up to his dishonesty. The store is also a huge mess. Everything is unorganized and dirty.
