This clinic has reopened and the service was great! The nurse and doctor that I dealt were were very professional and caring. Highly recommend!

This place has been closed for a month. Official statement: There are no doctors available- (More like government cant afford to keep paying.) Google needs to update this. No one answers the phone number. Also blood lab next to it has different phone number it needs to be listed.

I was turned away from being given care because I work as a cross-border nurse. The RPN nurses are rude and refuses to give me a flu shot. This clinic is unbelievable and have never felt so discriminated. It's nice to know this is where my tax money is going to.

I came here suspecting strep throat while visiting family. No one waiting so I was seen right away, however the doctor barely checked me out before dismissing my symptoms of nothing more than a sore throat. Recommended Motrin and sent me on my way. When I returned home I was still in pain with my symptoms having increased I went to my family physician who took one look and said that it was CLEARLY strep. One star due to being able to be seen quickly, however they messed up this visit greatly.

The Wickless Wonder

This is my go-to clinic, and I live downtown Windsor. The staff are all amazing. Yes, there is a wait, but it's not too bad. Dr. Bastienen is my favourite doctor there. He is professional, listens, and is always in a good mood. I've never had a problem, and will continue to use this clinic.
