I've printed business cards and car magnets - both were very easy to create and order! Great quality. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because my recent calendar order was left in it's \processing\ status for over a week; I had to contact Vistaprint in order to get an update. Turns out the gift calendar for my fiance contained too many \sexy\ photos ;) and they told me that the order would be cancelled. What's concerning is that no one contacted me to let me know that my order would not be processed - for a whole week. Hopefully my pictures don't end up anywhere else on the internet! After contacting customer service twice, I was able to connect with a supervisor who was able to delete my account (which is the only way to have the images and calendar removed from my account history). Great customer service :) Thank you Vistaprint!

We ordered some calendars from Vistaprint as Christmas gifts for our family members across Canada we don't see very often. This year their shipment was delayed and we are now unable to get the gifts in time. The customer service staff at Vistaprint was absolutely exemplary, they were understanding and accommodating. I have been meaning to write a review for this company for a while and always forget. I use different promotional tools for my businesses and I have tried a fair amount of places over the last 10 years. I can honestly say that the customer service here is among the best of any online company or even any retail store I have ever visited. I don't know who is in charge of HR but the company culture and staff are absolutely fantasist. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there. I have no stake in this company. I hope they do amazingly and I wish them all the success, truly a pleasure to deal with them.
VISTAPRINT HAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered some Christmas cards with a design template that I had uploaded myself. Originally it looked fine on my computer but when I received the cards today the pictures were very fuzzy and blurry. I immediately called and the customer service team was more than happy to help me out. They edited my template so that they were able to upload the pictures on their end and ensure the photo qualities would be perfect. I had a lot of back and forth as I was having some troubles getting them the photos myself, but they were so patient and understanding! I really appreciate all the help I had today, Vistaprint is top quality in all aspects of its business!!
