My laptop broke, I was afraid to go to a place to be overcharged because I don't know much about computers. I was afraid to go to a place where they would dismantle my laptop without me knowing. Because I am new in the city I had no clue where to go and I'm very glad that I read the reviews and went to TECH SHOP. The person in charge (Ansar) was very polite and inspired trust, I had an idea of what could be wrong with my computer and I told Ansar what I thought, based on my indications he gave me an estimated price and gave me price alternatives. Once he reviewed my laptop he noticed it was not what I thought and that it was an easier fix than expected. I was happily surprised to pay less than expected, he could have charged me more because I thought was something else but he was honest to charge me the right price to the fix that was needed. My conclusion is that this is an excellent place to go based on my experience, I'm going to go back without a doubt whenever technology fails again... Big thank you to the team!
