Outstanding service from beginning to end. I have used multiple companies in town for business and sports teams attire and these guys are the best. A huge mention to Bill Sood who was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us design our football jerseys on a real time crunch and made the process really simple. He even went one step further and followed up on a error made by myself after the order was placed which got resolved perfectly. Great friendly staff. Second to none! Will be using them again for all future projects Thanks guys

Tremendously disappointed in the service received from Team Sales and specifically Bill Sood. Bill missed multiple promised delivery dates and was totally unreliable. He failed to communicate that the product would not be ready as promised, was utterly unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Either the Bill and the business is incredibly disorganized or okay with intentionally lying about when their production could complete. It is clear that Team Sales is a customer-last business.

The people who work there are very rude and make you feel like your working for them. They also make a big deal about deadlines which is totally fair but then they don't even follow their own timeline. Very disappointed with this service.
