Philip Danyluk runs possibly the worst property management company I have ever encountered. Philip did not fix ANY issues in our unit that we asked for two years. He is very rude and never responds or gets back to any messages. I’m not sure how this company is still running since he does not manage a single thing or do his job. Thankfully we have new property manager and every issue we had was fixed within DAYS! Do not hire this company to manage any of you properties!!!!!!!!

It is the worst property management company. The realtor Philip Danyluk is rude, irresponsible and greedy. We gave him two rental houses to manage, the followings are what happened: 1. One house was totally damaged by the tenant and Philip said that he had absolutely ZERO responsibility for that. My question to him is how often did you check the house? The house can' t be damaged over night. No response because he can say nothing. 2. The tenant run away and didn't pay the rent. Again Philip said it's not his responsibility. My question to you, Philip Danyluk, what is your responsibility for the all management fees we paid each month?
