Front of building often crowded with people who do not live there. Mostly drugs and alcohol. Many do not live in the neighbourhood. The people who live here have to put up with it. The drama continues with free food needles&crackpipes. TCHC always involved in deals and double talk. Weak leadership and little involvement with actual views of the tenants. Still continuing during Covid 19 problems. Political correctness will be the end of any possibility to communicate. Use empathy for progress.
