Richard and Mary Ellen are great to work with. They ask the right questions so they know what to recommend rather than selling you technology you don't need or won't use. They are very patient and take their time with you. You are not a number, you are a real person. They also have access to whatever you need or want. Well worth the time and money and service what they sell.

I was looking for special cables (sata) that no one else around here had and TCG had them in stock! They also provided great friendly service and genuine no-hassle, assistance and advice. Forget those big box 'computer solution's stores with their minimal stock trying to sell you stuff you don't need or trying to get you to 'order through them'.. If I wanted to do that I would have ordered from Amazon myself..I will only go to TCG now for my computer needs. Thanks again TCG!

Asked this guy to build me a 5k custom system 16 days ago. I still don't even have a workable quote from them. Apparently they are flush with customers and don't need my business. Fair enough I'll go elsewhere, however it would have been nice if he'd told me he had no interest in selling my this system, I could have ordered from amazon and had it for xmas. Really shoddy service. Now I have to be nervous about the fact he has my credit card info..
