Alexis was absolutely incredible! My phone took a little swim and I went in for help. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and had excellent customer service. She got me sorted out, helped me with my plan, provided a lot of options and was so patient. It was truly a pleasure, I had never been to the store but will definitely be back. I bought a cell phone and package from T-Booth 7 years ago and just did it again. Ting is an amazing rep and technician. She provided a great package and transitioned me onto my new phone seamlessly. She ensured everything worked perfectly and went over and beyond the customization and training to have me self-sufficient (take that, Best Buy, for wanting to charge just to transfer my contacts!). Seriously, go to Ting at T-Booth for incredible customer service. And she is so nice!
