Cold storage warehouse facility. I personally deliver pineapples to them from Wilmington Delaware. You can sleep on the road behind the facility . It's a dead end with a round about it turn around at the end of the road. They open at 6 am. And unload very very quickly. No lumper fee. The people are also very friendly. Personally one of my favourite deliveries
