We had a 3 story flood in our house this winter and we were referred to Taylor Restorations from the Emergency Plumbing company. They were so efficient, professional and punctual and very easy to work with. As I later found out after speaking to our Insurance Company, they are trying to refer you to their own list of Restoration Companies but that is not the case. You can use whoever you like and I'm glad we went this route. I would highly recommend Taylor Restorations as you will get the professionalism you need! Lisa and Randy Shelton

I specifically wanted to deal with a locally owned business when our basement flooded, so i called Paul at Taylor Restoration. I hade never gone through anything like this before, and Paul was extremely helpful right from the start, including providing a referral to a great plumber that was able to quickly help us address the leak that caused the flood in the first place. My insurance company quickly tried to steer me towards a large restoration company that it turns out they own, and they left me feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. It didn't feel right at all. Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, even though there was no guarantee that there would be any business in it for him. As it turns out, we ended up with a pretty significant claim for water damage to the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets & countertops, and just about everything else. It was overwhelming to think about, but Paul & Cory immediately took control of the situation, and what was a disaster quickly turned into a stress-free enovation\ that went incredibly smoothly. All of the subcontractors were very kind and respectful, and the quality of the work is great! Our basement looks better than ever! Although I hope to never need restoration services again, if I ever do Taylor will be my first call.

Paul and Cory gave us such excellent service! I'm so glad I chose them while searching for restoration services on google. It was the first time we had to call one due to flooding in our basement, and I didnt realize just how stressful it can be for us and for our tenants. They quickly responded to our call and was on site right away to start the process. Not only did they take care of the problem, they even actually went above and beyond their normal duties especially dealing with us and the difficult circumstances we were in. Paul's calm, cool, collected demeanor on top of his knowledge and expertise is what we needed during this very stressful time! I highly recommend them and I know you won't be disappointed.
