Had a 60 min massage with Kaitlyn, she's definitely very friendly and made sure I'm comfortable the whole time, but the reason why I rated 2 stars only is because I felt so much time was wasted by very light pressured massage and maybe only 10-15 min of effective massage (on shoulder area only). At the end, I wasn't really happy paying 85 and driving 40 min total for only that..

Kaitlyn is amazing, very professional and definitely listens to her clients. I felt very comfortable with her and will definitely be back! I recommend her to my family and friends for their chiropractic and wellness needs.
I've had great service here for both chiropractic and massage therapy. Dr. Lauren is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've had many issues resolved in her care. The option to book online is also super convenient!
Love this practice right in Tavistock. I love that you can book online and the service is amazing! I have gone in with zero range of motion and some acupuncture and chiro and 20 mins later walking out with full range of motion.
