Unfortunately like most people I have had a terrible, unprofessional experience with targetbox . The first negative experience was them damaging my driveway when they picked my bin up, I was there when they dropped it off and made sure the driver took the proper precautions , when they picked it up I was not home and they ended up damaging the driveway pretty good when I contacted targetbox they took a month to respond and were only concerned if they new buyers noticed it. Lastly I called in to change my bin drop off day , again calling in what a hassle ! You'll never get through and they take days to return messages. Finally after moving in and waiting around I contacted them and asked where my bin was and the response I got was they never changed it in the system to the proper date. Use another company this company does blunder after blunder and will offer no compensation or relief on your bills . I will not be using or reccomending this company to anyone.
