I could not be more pleased that we chose Target Box for our move. As a senior citizen I was somewhat dreading a move from my 30 year home and seeking value and ease of task. My Ms made up a list of various moving options from truck rental, guys with a truck, moving companies and Target box. I expressed concern about the tip during loading but their video demonstrated their trucks and loading technique give no more tilt than any vehicle going up or down a hill. It also showed loading and lashing methods that this novice accomplished and zero damage. If they didnt write the book on customer service they certainly have it memorized. Our friendly driver, I think it was Jim, worked with care, precision and confidence. The box touch down was as exciting for me as a Space X booster recovery. Having the box on the ground made loading an easy step in, the double lugs for the left door are perfect to set a piece of plywood on for a small ramp for a dolly.
