I would really like to share my feelings of this business, l have tanned for over 30 yrs and this tanning business is by far my best tanning place ever. First it is a small family run business, that l like, As l am supporting local. Also the staff are always friendly and helpful, l am a clean freak, so cleanliness is VERY important to me, the place is always spotless. Prices are awesome and l never feel taking advantage of. I would also like to comment about integrity, l have a very expensive necklace 5200.00 that l have had for all my adult life, One day while tanning l realized l had hopped in the lay down tanning bed with it still on, l in did it and dropped it on the floor, rather get out and take it off, l got out got dressed and left, 15-20 min after l left l got a call from the owner, telling me she found my necklace and would hold it for me. So they in my eyes have full integrity. I would fully recommend this business. Keep up the great service.

Pro's: If you are getting regular minutes a good value the high intensity minutes are expensive. Cons: Staff was not particularly friendly nor were they rude just seemed bored, do to the value I was going to purchase a 600 minute package but was told the special of 75 bonus points only applied to 500 minute and not the 600 minute package(would have a bit more flexibility on the up sell there). However staff was borderline rude when another customer came in and was confused as to why they had no more minutes when they thought they had purchased 200, this was because they use a points system not minutes and high intensity is triple. The Customer left angry and will never return and no attempt was made to be friendly or provide a positive experience for them( a free tan and a proper explanation done of minutes VS points may have placated them) instead a disinterested response had them storm out never to return which also prompted me to leave. So 2 customers lost in 5 minutes not a good business model.

I have been tanning for years and just recently moved to Edmonton. I am very happy I found Body Image. Great location, fabulous equipment, outstanding staff. I would highly recommend this place for all your tanning and facial needs.

Tanning by body image has a new owner!!!! Looks like new changes coming soon. Very friendly customer service, felt warm and welcoming. If you have tried here in the past and had issues, I think the new owners are fabulous and suggest you try it again.
