I went into the store today I had brought in some material to match up with some leather to make a purse. I advice the lady at the till what I was doing. The lady at the till said you’re not going to find anything in here to match with that. I did find two hides of leather in the scrap pieces. As my husband and I were looking at them and seeing which ones match the best. The same lady came over not saying anything threw my material out of the way and grab a hide to show another customer. She has no customer service. And is very rude.

If you’re new to leather working or experienced, this is the place to stop. Staff are friendly and they have a number of resources to help you grow in the craft. My only concern is I spend way too much each time I go here as there’s always something on sale.
I've been coming here for leather for years, I've always gotten fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly service and advice. I love their new product lines of leather as well, the recent inventory expansion is impressive and extensive.
I've not had much experience with this store however whenever I do need to pick something up the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating with all the covid protocols in place
Came here to get some Christmas gifts and was given excellent service!
